Is there a script that I could use to create a macro that allows an end-user
to click a button (or something) and automatically get the dialog box where
you enter the "additional mailbox" account.

Bacially, I am trying to eliminate the Tools\Email Accounts - Next - Change
- More Settings - Advanced tab steps. I want to click the button and end up
on the Advanced tab
