Anyone tried installing Outlook 2007 over 2003?

now that my pda manufacturer has assured me they have caught up with Office
2007 I now want to install 2007 over 2003 is there anything I should be aware
of. Whilst I am a great fan of Outlook I do not understand it's filing system
