Attendee Tracking shows none

I understand that in order for the Tracking column in a meeting request
to populate, the email reply has to be 'read' first. Use to be able to
right click | mark as read and the tracking information will populate.
Now I need to open each respond. How do I get it back to where I can
just right click, select mark as read?
