My autoarchive runs, but doesn't do anything. Have upgraded form 2003 to 2007
SP1, and now done export/import to get data into new unicode file. Renamed
archive.pst for outlook to create a new one. The sent folder is to archive
after 30 days. Deleted is supposed to permenantly delete after 14 days.
Neither of these works i.e. nothing happens. Any ideas? Running Vista
Ultimate on Lenovo x61 tablet.

Thanks

Because of the import/export thing you have reset the modified date to the
import date. AutoArchive uses this date as the reference.

good information to know, but the import/export was done over a month ago. To
do the simplest test, I added the modified field to my deleted items view.
There are several items that were modified over a month ago. I tried
File>archive>archive all forlders according to their autoarchive settings.
The deleted items folder is set to permanently delete items older than one
month. But they are still there.

Strange ...
