BCC should be the default in Windows Mail

Is there a way to make it the default? Or at least remove CC from the options
in an email? Email security almost demands it and it's hard to believe that
it is so overlooked by Microsoft.

Windows Vista Mail Newsgroup:

You can also get to the newsgroup via this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx
There select Windows Vista, then Windows Mail.
