BCM won't load

I have had occasions when BCM would not load as Outlook started. I went into
"Run" and ran a service. Then dropped down to the service appropriate and
clicked "Start" the service. I never made note of the "Run" item, because it
has always been in the "run" drop down list. That list is empty this morning
and I cannot remember the name of the item I typed in "run." Anyone have any
ideas.
