When I go in and customize the Contact list in BCM that's great, but it will
not stay the way I change it. When I go to another screen and come back to
the contact list, it has reverted back to the default settings. This is
ludacris.

Customize a view by clicking on Views, Current View, Define View. Choose
one of those (I like to make a copy of a current one and then Modify) and
the changes you make will be saved.
