I can no longer get into Microsoft Outlook. I keep getting an error message
stating that Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to
close. I close and try to re-start, but simply keep getting the message over
and over. I can't open Outlook in safe mode either. When I seek more
information, I get a pop-up window that states, " Windows cannot find '
