I can no longer get into Microsoft Outlook. I keep getting an error message
stating that Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to
close. I close and try to re-start, but simply keep getting the message over
and over. I can't open Outlook in safe mode either. When I seek more
information, I get a pop-up window that states, " Windows cannot find '
http://oca.microsoft.com/resredir.aspx?SID=2039&iBucketTable=5&iBucket=15236175&LCID=1033&OS=5.1.2600.2.00010100.20&DWVer=11.0.6560.0'. "
Can anybody assist? Help!!

If you don't use BCM, uninstall it and then Outlook should start up
normally.

How do you uninstall Business Contact Manager from Outlook 2003?
