When pulling up a shared calendar in Calendar Printing Assistant, there are
missing appointments for certain days. Some are stand-alone appointments and
some are recurring appointments.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks,
-Gordon

Are they marked as private?
Make sure you have the SP1 for Calendar Printing Assistant installed.

My Calendar Printing Assistant was working perfectly until 2/27/2008, when it
stopped displaying recurring appointments in my Outlook 2007 calendars. On
2/29/2008 there are no appointments showing up in the CPAO, though there are
regular appointments in my Outlook calendars. Did leap year thow this thing
off? None of the appointments I'm missing are private, and I have installed
the service pack. Our whole organization relies on this daily calendar that
synthesized information from about 12 Outlook calendars. Thanks.
