Hi,

I have a problem exporting e-mail messages. The error shown is as follows :-

The export could not be performed. Your default MAPI store could not be
opened.

I have use manual export but not all messages is saved because of the same
subject title. I can't also save or backup into a CD because some of the
subject title is too long.

Can you tell me what other method to backup my messages in case my CPU goes
missing ?

Thank you.

If you are trying to export to Windows Messaging or Outlook97/98/2000+
on the same PC, then that program must be the default MAPI program (Not
OE). The messages go to the default profile in that program. On the
other hand, if all you want to do is back up the files or transfer to
another PC using OE, Export is not the way to go.

Star by reading Help, Contents & Index, Contents, Creating and sending
e-mail messages.

Once you click Send in the message composition window, the message will
go to the Outbox folder. If you have select Tools, Options, Send, Send
Immediately, Outlook Express will try to send it then. Otherwise click
the Send and Receive button.
