Running Outlook 2007 on XP

I'd like to permanently change some of the print defaults in Outlook.
Specifically:

landscape rather than portrait
2-sided rather than 1-sided
2 pages per sheet rather than 1

Couldn't find that in Tools --> Options. Where should I look?
