I have created a custom form for telephone messages which includes custom
fields such as Callers Name, telephone Number, Date Called etc.

The form works great, but, if using the Reading Pane, the message does not
include any of my fields apart from text typed in the message area.

How can I get the Reading Pane to display all the information... the
information displays if you open the message or viewed in print preview.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
