I am trying to restore an Outlook Business Contact Manager 2003 with BCM
Update SP2 database from a .msbcm backup file to the Business Contacts
folder of a newly re-installed Office.

Error is: Data Base Restore: The backed up database has on disk structure
v611. Server supports V539.
There seems to be a number of references to this error, but I could not find
a solution that was specific to Outlook Business Contact Manager.

Is there a way to get the backup restored?
