How do I Disable/Restrict Permission Tab in Outook 2000/02/03 Exchange 2000
client? I don't want users to share their folders?

You can't, unless possibly it's done when rolling out Outlook using a
policy. You'd probably be best off asking this in an Exchange admin group
where they'd know more about corporate rollouts.
