I am trying to response to a email and it ends up as a draft. I click
send and it still is a draft. What should I do?

Is the message going to the Outbox folder? That's where a sent message
is placed for sending?

To get a message into the Drafts folder, you would typically click File,
Save while composing or click the X in the upper right hand corner and
reply Yes to save it.
