I cannot email a pic to my cell phone,,but i can with yahoo mail or with
verizon on the net emai. All i get is Reason: SMTP transmission failure has
occurred
Diagnostic code: smtp;550 SMTP connection refused
Remote system: dns;smtp.vzwpix.com
(TCP|206.46.252.42|33454|66.174.94.12|25) (txslmmsc2-mta5 MailShield SMTP
[UCE not wanted])
How do i fix this so i can use Outlook express to sen pics??

The key part of the message is
UCE not wanted
The smtp.vzwpix.com is considering your message to be SPAM (Unsolicited
Commercial E-mail). You may need to talk to them to find out what their
criteria are.
You mention that you can send with Verizon web mail. Is that the SMTP
mail server that you are using in OE to send mail? Or are you using
another ISP with OE?

I'd send a picture to your OE e-mail address via both the Verizon web
mail and OE. Then compare the messages to see what's different about
them. Look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3).
The puzzling thing is that the error message says that it is refusing
the connection. That would suggest that the cell phone mail server is
rejecting the message based on the mail server that is sending it, not
on the message itself, because at the point of connection all it knows
is the sending mail server.
When looking at the message source of the test messages, pay attention
to the Received: header lines. Each mail server that a message passes
through adds a received header of the form
Received: from some-other-mail-server-or-pc by this-mail-server
date/time
The top most one is the most recent and where the message arrived at
your ISP's mail server. Both messages ought to have similar from
servers indicating that the messages are coming from verizon.net servers
(the first part of the server names may be different e.g.
xxx.verizon.net and yyy.verizon.net). If the domain names are
different, then your OE is sending via different mail servers than the
web mail is.
