Expanding only certain accounts when opening Outlook Express

When I open Outlook Express, there is only 1 account that I want to
initially be displayed as expanded. I currently have 3 newsgroup accounts,
and when I open OE, the first is expanded, the second is not, and the third
is. I would like only the first one to be expanded when I initially open OE.
Which ones are expanded when I close OE does not effect which ones are
expanded the next time I open OE. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
