The format Text Tab on the ribbon seems to allways be inactive in BCM 2007.

When I import or copy contact info into BCM, is sometimes in not formatted
properly (i.e. all caps, etc.). Why can I not do this with the Change Case
command on the Format Text Ribbon?

Is there another way save re-typing the info?

Thanks,
