I've added a couple of VBA macros to my Outlook 2003 and the security level
for macros is set at medium. As a result, every time Outlook starts it
displays a warning message box and asks if it is OK to enable macros. I
don't want to lower security to allow all macros to run but it would be nice
if Outlook would start without asking stupid questions, too. What is the
procedure to tell Outlook that the macros I've written can be run without
manual confirmation?

Sign your VBA code project. If you don't have a code signing signature you
can use the selfcert.exe program that comes with Office to create a
certificate and use that. To do so once you have a certificate you select
Tools, Digital Signatures in the VBA project.

Sign your project with the Selfcert.exe tool that comes with Office and then set macro security to High.
