Header information does not print out

One of our users, when printing out an email, the header information does not
print out. This only happens when she's printing email from her Inbox. If
she prints out an email from her sent folder, all the information prints out,
e.g header info, main message, ect.... Can someone tell me what setting
needs to be checked?
