How do I make reminders so that they recurr every two years?

I would like to make the recurrence of my reminders so that they are every
two years instead of one. There doesn't seem to be an option for this. Any
ideas?

what do I need to do if outlook won't let me make an appoint I am getting an error message that I need admin approval to make an appointment in outlook 2003

how do i make monthly view the default for my calendar? I don't want my calendar to show days of the week - just the full month. How do I make that the default ? Thanks.
