Hi,

I can't seem to find where you can write a letter to a BCM contact within
BCM so it will keep a history. Also, when doing a mail merge, user defined
fields are not included in the merge fields, how can one filter on user
defined fields? The mail merge also doesn't seem to create a history in BCM

Any help appreciated
