I only have 80 small size messages in my windows mailbox but cannot get any
mail through because of a message that says my mailbox is full. Anybody know
why and short of deleting everything how to expand the memory. Many thanks

Create a new folder and move the messages to it.

You probably have Leave a copy of Mail, on the server selected
@Tools>accounts>your account>properties, remove the checkmark and it will
empty your server mailbox.
Or visit the website of your provider>log in with your account credentials,
check it and delete a load of them.
HTH?

Please define which mailbox you are talking about. Do you mean the one
on your mail provider's mail server? That one has nothing to do with Windows.
If you get an error message, post it here verbatim.

The exact error message would help.
This message may be from your mail provider telling you that the mailbox on
the server for your account is full.
