Unable to find anyone to help with this situation!

I am unable to create an offline database...AFTER I have deleted a previous
copy of an offline database! Once I deleted an offline database, it will not
let me create a new offline database. YES, the name of offline database will
be the same name as before. Suggestions?

Here is what I have tried:
I have compared this laptop to a known working laptop on the same network.
I have uninstall, reinstalled BCM and all of Office Professional 07.
I have compared all firewall settings.
I have compared all SQL settings.

and yes...SQL is running.

help!
