even after scanpst finds on errors I still can not import or

I had a bad spot on my hard drive and had to reload my computer after
fixing the problem. I have a 1.9 g mailbackup.pst file. I have used
scanpst on the file and it come back saying no errors were found 400
folders and 7000+ emails. However I can not do anything with in. I
am running Outlook 2003. Help

What are you trying to do with it? Post exact steps to reproduce? What
happens when you try? Do you get an error returned?

Is this pst-file in ANSI or UNICODE format?

Cannot find scanpst.exe on my machine. Where can I get it? Outlook says there is problem with and to run scanpst.exe. I have Vista and after searching computer cannot find the file. Is there a way to download this file?
