Outlook 2007 unreadable contacts

In windows vista business with Office 2007, english and non english keyboard,
all my non English contacts have been imported in unreadable characters.
Previous office was office xp win32. Everything has been imported from a pst.
it is just unreadable. If you respond, kindly be very specific. Thanks in
advance.

Never import = simply reuse the Outlook Data file. Instructions are posted here daily.

How do you get your contacts from an pda into outlook 2007? It looks like it brought them over into outlook but I can not see them even though they are on the right hand side of the screen
