WHEN I OPEN MY PAPER CLIPS TO SEE ATTACHEMENTS IT OPENS UP IN "WINDOWS
PICTURES AND FAX VIEWER..HOW DO I CORRECT THIS, JUST TO OPEN UP WHEN I CLICK
ON THE PAPER CLIP

They have to open in some program. What program do you want?

YES, THEY ARE IMAGES. I JUST WANT TO CLICK ON THE PAPER CLIP SO IT CAN OPEN
IT RIGHT THERE IN THEN . IM CONFUSSED..PLS, HELP

If you want to see them without having to click on the paper clip, just
scroll down to the end of the text and any attached images will appear
there.

PS: Please try not to post in all CAPS. It's considered the equivalent of
"shouting" and is considered rude.

By default, OE displays any image attachments (JPG, GIF, BMP) at the
bottom of the message text.

Note: In Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2003 SP1, when Tools, Options, Read,
Read All Message In Plain Text is selected, that also stops the display
of images. (For a quick workaround for the current message, press
ALT+Shift+H)

Outlook Express loads very slowly Outlook Express when selected loads up very slowly. Once up everyhting seems to work fine.
