Yes, you can import your address book into Windows Mail. Just find your old
e-mail address book in you Documents and Settings folder and "Import" it
into Windows Mail.

Lincoln actually got it right but was way ahead of his time when he said,
"You can have some of you computer working all of the time and all of your
computer working some of the time but..." It was he that said that, wasn't
it? |

No, and what problems are you having?
I have 12 POP email addresses and retrieve them all.

Outlook Express will not install or run under Vista.
See here for how to transfer the old messages:
Bring along the .wab file if you want the addresses in the old contacts
list. After you copy the files to a directory on your new computer's
hard drive, but before you import them into Windows Mail, make
sure the copies are read-write instead of readonly. |

If you mean email accounts, in Outlook Express go to Tools | Accounts and
export them. WinMail can import the resulting IAF files.
