Palm Hotsync to Outlook2003 generates new Memo

Whenever I hotsync my Palm T5 to Outlook2003, the process adds 3-4 Memo items
with my Palm account as the name and not other information. Is there any way
to disable this 'Feature'. I am using the latest hotsync conduit provided by
Palm.

Since it is the hotsync software you're using that is causing the problem,
you should ask the vendor of that software. Outlook can't solve it, the
problem not being Outlook's
