Still Printer Problems

Sorry not to be more specific. When I hit File|Print, the "Print" item in
the menu grays out and nothing happens. I can close OLEXP, but the computer
acts as if I've committed a mortal sin, and I usually have to re-boot.

If I have an urgent need to print an email, I have to save it, open it in
Word, and print. Word and Excel print all right; I scarcely ever print from
IE, so I haven't experienced a problem. Still on Windows 98 until I get a
bigger computer. IE and OLEXP are 6.0, I believe, but when I pulled up the
version on IE, there was [blank] information. Perhaps I am all corrupt
[again]. Tangentially, I am having frightful problems with Norton.
