I have Windows XP with Outlook Express. Is there any way I can set up some
sort of reminder system as I work from home and need constant reminders
regarding work!

Then you've posted to the incorrect newsgroup, this is for Outlook Express
for Macintosh. I've crossposted and set followups to the correct location.
