Retrieving deleted messages

Is there any way to retrieve deleted e-mail messages after the "deleted items
folder" has been emptied?

Not without resort to 3rd party tools that can extract the info from the
disk and such tools are not free. See the info at
http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx about using DBXpress for this
purpose if you really need it, but be aware that if much time has elapsed,
the space taken by those files may well have been overwritten.

Jim i am on vista using windows mail.When i emptied my deleted items folder i
also lost some other folders that are critical.I am hoping you can give me
some info in regards to retrieving these sub folders.Thank You

Cannot Export E-Mail Messages Hi, I have a problem exporting e-mail messages. The error shown is as follows :- The export could not be performed. Your default MAPI store could not be opened. I have use manual export but not all messages is saved because of the same subject title. I
