Hi

I am having trouble getting my Outlook Integration to work consistently with
an add-in from my Netsuite CRM system. The add in alllows a Send & Save, so
an email is not only sent, but copied to the CRM database too.

I was told by Netsuite support said I have to add the following entry into
the

'Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan Settings/Advanced/Exceptions'
field within the browser (IE6): do not use proxy server for adddfesses
beginning with:

https://webservices.netsuite.com

This did fix the problem after logging out of Outlook and back in again.
However, the settings are not being saved by the browser, so I am having to
update them every session.

I noticed that the Apply button was greyed out when I changed the settings
in the browser (IE6).

Does any one know how to get them saved permanently.
Is there an equivalent settings for proxys in Outlook?

I have noticed several similar requests on this forum - an nobody has
answered.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks
