We want to use Microsoft Shared Fax Driver, however, when the document
is printed using the FAX designation out to our Fax Service the image
we have on the fax cover sheet comes out very poor. However, if we
use Outlook and attach the same document be it in the format of a PDF,
TIFF or Word document the fax comes out looking 100% better. It
appears that the MS Fax Driver is compressing the document more than
what it needs to be or something. We have tried every resolution. We
have tried changing the document into a TIFF format of B&W and or
different CIT Groups 3 and 4, but the document image on the document
is checkerboard. We have tried serveral different Internet Fax
services with the same result. We want to use the Microsoft Shared
Fax Driver on a SBS2003 server because we have found a application
which will allow the FAX Driver to send out SMTP instead of a modem
(T37FSP and it works GREAT) but we need to fix the MS FAX Print driver
resolution some how. Any clues? Thank you.

This is not an Outlook issue - you should repost this to a group that supports Microsoft Small Business Server.
