Hi I know that MS Outlook 2003 can´t share contacts, calendar, tasks etc,
without Exchange server, but i need to know if there is an addon to do that,
i need something free cause they are just 2 clients, so buying an solution is
out of question.

Can anyone help me?

There are many 3rd party plug ins which are alternatives for Exchange server.
I myself use ShareO from 4Team corporation. While it is payable it is very
low cost compared to Exchange server. You can find out more at:

How seamless are the plug ins? Does it operate professionaly? I'm setting it
up for a customer.

This tools won't cause any trouble or problem (not more then MS
Outlook itself), it is quite stable and user friendly- anyway you are
welcome to check it- trial is full functional and free!
