Hi.All I want to do is have my name and phone number automaticly on my
emails each time I compose one. But the only place I can find how to do it ,
is DIGITALLY SIGN, But when I try that way , It tells me I dont have a
digital signiture..I dont want a digital signiture as such , I just want my
name and phone number automaticly on my emails each time I compose Can
anyone help please . Garry

OE>tools>options>signatures>create the sig and tick the box to auto add.

Thankyou , but have done that. The email looks good , the name is there etc
BUT when I go to send it.........A box comes up and says
"You Cannot Send Digitaly Signed messages because you dont a digital ID for
this Account"I then click on "GET DIGITAL ID" which takes me to a DEAD
LINK..........
By the way , I have O.E Version 6 not 5 ... Does that make a difference??

Garry, go to tools>options>security, and remove any checkmarks under the
Digital ID section.
