Try right clicking on the field options that are viewable, for example if you
can see "Subject" then right click on that. Then click on Customize Current
View, then click the "Fields" button. Scroll through the Available Fields
until you find the "To" field. Highlight it and click "Add." Then click
"OK" and "OK."
