Tri-Fold Calender Printing

The setting for the hours to Print From: and Print To: on the Daily style of
printing do not carry over when I switch to Tri-Fold printing style. In that
case, it prints from 7am to 6pm by default. How do I change the Print From:
and Print To: settings in Tri-Fold calender printing?
