Incorporating Customised Forms Within Business Contact Manag

Upon completing a custom form, is it possible to incorporate this form within
Business Contact Manager using Outlook 2007.

At the minute I keep getting the following error:

"Cannot copy the items. You do not have permission to create a subfolder
under this folder."

Any ideas?
