It seems that this useful program which will prevent (block) Outlook
2000 from automatically sending Read Receipts from clients on a
corporate LAN is no longer available from the original author
(grinningshark). After searching for several hours and only finding
dead links and the typical "no I will not share this program" responses
to people seeking to obtain this program, I finally determined that it
was not available anywhere.
