I have Vista Premium and am using Windows mail, when I attempt to access my
contacts in a new window to send to more than one contact, it does not allow
me to add any or all of them? any ideas?

Window Live Mail and Windows Mail are different email programs; it isn't
clear which you are using.

If it's Windows Live Mail, you'll get faster answers in newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

If it's Windows Mail, start it, then click Tools, then Windows Contacts,
then right click in the empty space at the right of the new window,
then click on Customize This Folder, then the triangle at the right,
then Contacts, then Apply, then OK, then the X at the top right of
the contacts Window. If you then want to use the contacts list,
start a new message and don't type any part of the address. Instead,
click on Tools, then Select Recipients. If it doesn't give you enough
space to put all the addresses on the To: line, put then on the Cc:
line instead.
