cant sent messages

i normally use yahoo
im trying to message someone through graigslist and it said to set up this
account becuse my yahoo wasnt compatible
this is my error

Not only are your settings all wrong, but (chances are) your Yahoo
account does not have POP access, so it won't work even with the
correct settings. US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail
access only. There are three workarounds for this problem.

1. Pay Yahoo extra to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

2. Another option is called YPOPs: http://ypopsemail.com
It is free, but requires some technical knowledge to implement.

3. If you are happy with webmail, you can make it your default email
service, so that Yahoo webmail will pop up when you click on a
Craigslist ad:

i cant send messages every time i rie to send ameesage the mesage is not sent , and the problems is always .you hav problems with the sever halp please

Messages not deleting I have upgraded to Windows live mail as my messages wouldnt delete. I now have windows mail on my computer with the messages still in and also windows live mail which hasnt got the messages in. Do I just need to put windows mail into the recycle bin?

Deleting messages I cannot delete about 9 messages in Microsoft Mail. When I try to delete I get "An unkown error has occurred". When I try to open the message, it is not there. How do I delete the "headers"? Larry
