I customized my contact list to show the company. Seems logical to me to
have that info on there anyway. When I come back to the contact list it has
reverted back to its original format. Somebody please tell me
why????????????????

Predefined field does not show up when mapping I am attempting to import an Excel spreadsheet into BCM. In previous attempts the contacts are filed by Name and not by Company (which is what I need). I tried to add the 'file as' field in Excel to map over but it does not appear in the destination field
