email returned undeliverable

Hi everybody, Maybe someone out there can help. When ever my friends
send me an e-mail they get back an undeliverable error, but I am getting
the emails. My internet provider is Charter and that is what I am using
for the POP and SMPT. My husband and I are on the same connection in the
house just different computers and he chooses to use hotmail as his
email, He is not having any of these problems. I thought it was a
Charter problem so I called them and they say it is Microsoft Mail and
they can't help. Is there something in options or somewhere else in this
Vista Mail that can fix this?:confused:

your setting up windows mail is wrong. check please your account.
