fax for outlook 2000

The fax-console for outlook 2000 did not working. Do I need a update or do I
mis a adjustment?

Outlook has no Fax functions. It is capable of some degree of integration
with the Fax services Microsoft has offered with their operating systems.
So, what version of Windows do you have?

And while you're at it, which mail support mode of Outlook 2000? We can't
answer without knowing that. Include what isn't working as it should.
