hi,

one of my client was using winfax 10 for a long time and now i've
upgraded her systems and winfax didn't work properly anymore.

i was trying to get her to migrate to the sbs2003 fax software but she
keeps complaining.

i'll be happy to help her install a new software but not sure which
one would be good for the long run. what software do you use for
faxing and which are the leading brands?

one of the things i'd really like to set up is email forwarding to the
faxes. that way when she gets away she is still able to receive her
faxes on mail and not worry about logging in her server to see if
anything came in.

kind regards and thanks in advance,
aaron.

What are her requirements and must this software integrate with Outlook?

We use FaxAgent from Axacore. It allows us to receive faxes in our
email and also allows us to send. We began looking when we switched
to VoIP phones and are fax machines stopped working.

>From a sending perspective, we can send from email, print driver, or
from our copier. It also keeps a history of all sent faxes which has
been great for compliance.

Hope this helps,
Lance
