I am currently using Outlook 2003 and trying to design a custom form for
boarroom bookings. How can I add the drop down calendar and times that
appear on the appointment form into my custom form?

Outlook 2003 has no date picker control available to programmers (which, by the way, is one reason why the first page of the appointment, journal, and task forms is not editable). See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=26 for controls you can add from other sources.
