Auto Reply Using A Template

I am trying to set up a Rule with an auto reply, that sends out a standard
e-mial template. This is based on a specific "subject Line". I was able to
set up the rule and point to the template folder and apply the rule, however
nothing happens when I test it.

Any suggestions or direction would be great
