hotmail via outlook 2003/2007

Greetings,

I currently access my hotmail account via outlook 2003. I intend to upgrade
to outlook 2007 but I believe that M$ have now decided that this is a
subscriber only service.

Is this correct?

If you access your Hotmail account through OL 2003 now, OL 2007 should work.
If it doesn't, you can download the current version of the Outlook Connector
and it will.
