I've got two Exchange mailboxes attached, one of which gets no junk mail,
one gets a lot of junk mail.

None of the Junk mail (SCL 9) is going into the junk mail folder.

Does the Outlook junk mail filter only work for one (primary) mailbox?

Correct. You will need to logon to the secondary mailbox directly and turn
it on with Microsoft Outlook (or Outlook Web Access).

I've connected using OWA, to enable server-side junk filtering. I haven't
found
any other way to enable server-side junk filtering, using the Exchange junk
mail
filter.
